How to Check Your FNB Connect Number (All Options)

If you’ve just activated an FNB Connect SIM or can’t remember your number, there are a few quick ways to retrieve it:

Method 1: USSD Code

Dial *111# on your FNB Connect SIM.
Navigate the menu until you see the option to view your number.
Your number will appear on screen.

Method 2: SMS or Call Someone

If you have airtime or data:

• Send an SMS or make a call to a friend or family member.

• They’ll see your number displayed on their phone.

You can also send a “Please Call Me”:

• Dial *130*recipient’s number# and send.
  The person will receive a message that shows your number.

Method 3: Use the FNB Banking App

• Open the FNB App and log in with your banking profile.

• Go to the Connect section.

• Your SIM details, including your number, will be listed there.
  You’ll need data or Wi-Fi for this option.

Method 4: Call Customer Care

Dial 135 from your FNB Connect SIM.
Follow the prompts or ask an agent to confirm your number.

Method 5: Check the SIM Packaging

If it’s a new SIM, your number may be printed on the starter pack or on your purchase receipt.
