Saturday, November 22:

Wales 26-52 New Zealand (Principality Stadium, Cardiff) The All Blacks ran riot in Cardiff with a dominant display, scoring 52 points in front of 68,388 fans. Wales showed glimpses but were ultimately outclassed by the world champions.

Ireland 13-24 South Africa (Aviva Stadium, Dublin) The Springboks ended a 13-year wait for victory in Dublin, holding off Ireland 24-13. This was a huge result for South Africa, breaking their long losing streak at the Aviva Stadium. RG Snyman earned his 50th cap on his home club ground.

France 48-33 Australia (Stade de France, Paris) France thrilled the 80,000-strong crowd with an attacking masterclass, putting 48 points past the Wallabies. Despite Australia's best efforts, the French were simply too strong at home.

Italy 34-19 Chile (Stadio Luigi Ferraris, Genoa) Italy secured a comfortable victory over Chile 34-19 in front of 12,011 fans, continuing their positive form.

Sunday, November 23:

Scotland 56-0 Tonga (Murrayfield, Edinburgh) Scotland bounced back from recent defeats with an emphatic eight-try thrashing of Tonga. Duhan van der Merwe earned his 50th cap and moved ahead in Scotland's all-time try-scoring charts with his 35th international try.

England 27-23 Argentina (Allianz Stadium, Twickenham) England held off a spirited Argentina fightback to secure their 11th consecutive victory, maintaining their perfect autumn record.

OTHER INTERNATIONALS

Japan 25-23 Georgia (Tbilisi) Japan edged past Georgia in a thriller, winning by just two points.This result keeps Japan's hopes alive of climbing back into the top 12 of the World Rankings.

Uruguay 31-21 Romania (Bucharest) Uruguay secured an important 10-point victory over Romania.

Portugal 33-27 Canada Portugal held on for a six-point win in a close contest.

Fiji 41-33 Spain The Flying Fijians prevailed in an entertaining, high-scoring affair.
